Henry "Buddy" H. Livingston is a life long resident of Newberry where he graduated from Mid-Carolina High School and Newberry College. He received his Master's from the University of South Carolina. He has worked in education for 31 years serving students in Fairfield and Newberry County including Newberry Middle School, Prosperity-Rikard Elementary, Mid-Carolina Middle School and served as Director of the Newberry County Career Center. Buddy has served on Newberry County Council from 1994-2002 and from 2007 to 2018. While being very involved in his community he also enjoys his career in real estate. When not staying busy with real estate, serving his community or farming, he enjoys spending time with his family: wife, Rhonda, daughters Hannah, Brooke, son, Derrick and son-in-law, Jesse, daughter-in-law Reagan and grandchildren, Mila and Jax.
